Heavy lift drones has been designed for various industries and they are suitable for wide range of transportation tasks such as surveillance, agriculture, search and rescue, military, medical usage and etc. They can carry high payloads and are capable to navigate through dangerous areas where flying with manned aircraft is impossible. Therefore design requirements depend on the purpose of multicopter tasks. As Quadcopter is a common type of drone hence in the following paper the design method of a quadcopter will be discussed.
Introduction. Mechanization of the wing is a system of devices, designed to control the lift and drag of the aircraft mainly to improve its takeoff and landing characteristics. Mechanization is especially important for short take-off and landing aircraft, which need to have the highest efficiency of mechanization.
Introduction. The launch catapult of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is used for forced acceleration of UAVs on takeoff. At the same time, it is necessary to receive speed of separation at admissible overload. Energy for this is obtained from devices that do not belong to the UAV. The catapult must be autonomous when launching the UAV, have a simple design, light weight and dimensions in the transport position. It must be easy to maintain, quickly deploy to the starting position and provide dynamic stability when starting the UAV. Catapult can be placed on a vehicle or trailer required permeability and mobility. The design of the catapult must ensure a reliable launch of the aircraft, and the launch parameters must be constant with each subsequent launch. In order to start efficiently and to avoid damage to expensive equipment, it is necessary to minimize the probability of failure. These include: the influence of external conditions, including weather, and human factors.
Introduction. The landing gear is a system of supports that ensure the parking and movement of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) along the airfield during takeoff and landing and when taxiing around the airfield.
Ensuring the quality of the surface layer of ground machine parts is impossible without effective control of this quality. In turn, this control is performed by destructive and non-destructive measurement methods. In the conditions of single and small-scale production, non-destructive quality control methods are more preferable, since they are free from additional costs for the production of test samples. The capabilities of modern computer-aided measurement allow increasing and adjusting the scientific plausibility of the data obtained by increasing the number of similar measurements and using statistical mathematical models for measurement processes.
